  Search Methodology

Definition  
       
   
        At CHC we insist on understanding the business of the client, its culture and the requirements. The requirements are gathered by having extensive interactions with the customer.
 
       
 
2.
Research  
       
   
        Once the requirements are gathered, our team does an extensive interrogation of the internal database and also we tap other sources. A list of potential candidates are prepared based on our time tested unique ' hypothesis driven search model'.
 
       
 
3.
Submission of report  
       
             At the end of the research phase a report is presented to the customer with synopses of profiles.  
       
 
4.
Shortlist  
       
             Based on the customer's feedback we prepare a shortlist of candidates.  
 
   
 
5.
Assessment  
       
   
        Our internal Search Committee evaluates the candidates on i) behavioral and ii) technical parameters and prepares a list of final short listed candidates.
 
       
 
6.
Customer interviews  
       
            The candidates are lined up for interviews by CHC.  
       
 
7.
Progression  
       
   
        At CHC, we hand hold the candidate through the entire selection progression and steps-in whenever required for a better buy-in between the candidate and the customer.
 
       
 
8.
Reference Checking  
       
            Our team does a reference check on the candidate before he/she progresses to the offer stage.  
       
 
9.
Offer and on boarding  
       
   
        Expert advice is always provided for both the candidate and client on the market scenario.
 
       
 
10.
Follow up  
       
            Both the candidate and client are followed up regularly for a smooth on boarding
